Finding Out What Works For You: Juggling Content Creation With 9 -9
I once quit my 9-9 to start content creation
What worked for me may not work for others.
So here's the thing: find what resonates with you and stick with it.
There are many individuals, both women and men, who work 9-to-5 or even 9-to-9 jobs and feel uncomfortable in their roles. However, they continue to show up because they must earn a living, especially given the current economic situation.
But here’s a trick.
The primary purpose of this article is to illuminate the numerous benefits that content creation offers and to guide you in achieving success as a content creator.
You really don't need to sacrifice your job to begin content creation.
There will be a lot of questions, such as:
"What if it doesn't work out for me?
I have already resigned from my current job.
That's why I initially mentioned that you do not necessarily have to quit your job.
Now, let's explore how you can balance content creation with your 9-to-5 job.
What to Do
Plan your day. It may sound funny, but it is very important to write out your to-do list for each day. Work must be inclusive, as you need to wake up every morning and return home very late each night.
This planning includes various types of content to create. Generally, you should develop a content calendar for the month, focusing on strategic videos, captions, and other elements.
Then proceed with your daily activities and set up a plan to create content badges every weekend for the upcoming week.
This approach allows you to remain at the forefront of your content creation efforts.
Buddies, this is something you should know: platforms or apps may not pay you for creating content, but you can monetize your content by consistently showing up and building a strong community. By cultivating this community, you can secure brand deals, gain self-recognition, experience personal growth, and access many more exciting opportunities.
Building a strong online presence by cultivating a growing community may take time, but it is a worthwhile endeavor despite the challenges. Take the time to strategically plan your content before sharing it. One thing that larger creators often don't disclose is how difficult it can be to consistently show up.
When I first began creating content, I didn't have the best equipment—just my Android phone and natural lighting. So, don't let anyone or anything hold you back. Start now! Remember that saying: Start confused. but strategically confused.
Best of luck, buddies!
